Hand-coloured copperplate engraving designed by Petrus Bertius (1565–1629) and engraved by Pieter van der Keere.
Not only was Bertius’ brother-in-law to the famous cartographer Jodocus Hondius, but he was also cosmographer to Louis XIII.

This map is from his miniature atlas, Tabularum Geographicarum Contractarum. (Ref: Tooley pg 26.)
