4 Inches is a photography book published in 2005 by Scriptum Editions. It features a collection of portraits of high-profile women—including Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham, and Heidi Klum—who posed wearing only 4-inch Jimmy Choo heels and Cartier jewellery.
The book is notable for being "made by women about women," featuring work from world-renowned female photographers like Mary McCartney and Pamela Hanson.

Sir Elton John provided the foreword for the book, and all proceeds were donated to the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
